Shipping policy

Office Rebels, every order is more than just a mug—it is a little piece of workplace humor, personality, and rebellion made for your desk, coffee break, or someone special. That is why we take care when preparing, packing, and shipping every purchase.

Orders are generally accepted and processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Because some mugs may be printed or prepared after an order is placed, certain products may require additional production time. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available. Please allow 24–72 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking status.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery dates displayed during checkout are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

Please carefully review your name, shipping address, apartment number, postal code, and contact information before completing your order. Office Rebels cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
