Refund policy

Office Rebels, we want you to enjoy every coffee break with your new mug. If something is not right with your order, please contact us at apostolos.konsolakis96@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your mug is broken, damaged, or incorrect, email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the problem was caused by us.
